This is good news for potential Bell owners. This means that the Steelers will not take matters into their own hands and will wait for Goodell to act. There is recent precedent with the NFL Commissioner waiting until the following year to mete punishment. D. Bowe (WR-KC) was recently suspended for the first game in 2014 for a 2013 drug issue. Bell is currently the 10th RB coming off the draft board. Continue drafting Bell as you previously planned.
