Jones-Drew shows speed on long touchdown run

Maurice Jones-Drew took a big step in staking his claim as the lead back in the Raiders ground attack on Friday against Green Bay. On Oakland's first offensive drive, MJD took a 3rd and 2 carry, avoided a couple tacklers and found himself free and clear for a 40-yard touchdown scamper.
Fantasy Impact:
Fantasy owners of Jones-Drew circa 2011 might have been waxing nostalgic about the MJD glory days. While it was very promising to see such an explosive play from a player we just haven't seen it from the past few years, Darren McFadden still remains a threat to Jones-Drew's carries. McFadden didn't show much of anything on Friday, so continue to look at this situation with Jones-Drew as the clear number one.
