Lamar Miller has a modest third preseason game

Lamar Miller rushed for 34 yards on seven carries and he also caught two passes for 3 yards. Miller rotated with Knowshon Moreno, and the two backs even lined up in the backfield together. Moreno ran well logging 10 carries for 64 yards (6.4 avg.), versus Miller's finish of 5 carries for 23 yards (4.6 avg.). Moreno was easily the more aggressive runner. Miller has 76 total yards on 20 preseason touches. (Miami Herald)
Fantasy Impact:
Philbin has always expressed his desire to use both backs, but with only one preseason game appearance for Moreno, it's wise not to get caught up in the moment. It's too early to tell how many carries Moreno may eventually take away from Miller, or if he'll take over the RB1 role altogether. There's only one preseason tilt left, and most drafts are happening in these final weeks. Moreno's performance on Saturday certainly brings him back into the redraft conversation as a value pick. However, the problem is whether or not your roster is deep enough for wait-and-see mode.
