Browns "fairly" certain they will be without Josh Gordon for at least part of the year

Here is the full Mike Pettine quote: "Knowing that the decision is looming, we're fairly certain that we're not going to have him for at minimum some part of the year..." (Nate Ulrich - Akron)
Fantasy Impact:
The Browns are being realistic. They know they will likely be without Josh Gordon for some period of time; however, this could mean, four, eight, or sixteen games. Again, without clarity, it's tough to say where Josh Gordon should be drafted. His ADP is currently in the middle of the 9th round and if Gordon does only miss four or eight games, he could be a massive value heading in to the 2014 season.
