Manziel solid in fourth preseason game

Johnny Manziel had a solid fourth preseason game against the Chicago Bears. He completed 6 of 17 passes for 83 yards and a touchdown. He also added 55 yards on four rushes.
Fantasy Impact:
Although the jury is still out on his passing, Manziel has proven yet again that if he is given the chance to start this year, he could make a fantasy impact on the ground. Manziel shouldn't be drafted in redraft leagues but would make an interesting waiver-wire addition if he does become the starter this season.
