Starks struggling with third down duties

James Starks has been struggling with his third down duties. Currently, Starks is in a rotation with DuJuan Harris for the 2nd RB role in Green Bay. (Rotoworld)
Fantasy Impact:
This obviously hurts Starks' value as a late-round flier and convolutes the handcuff situation for Eddie Lacy. At this point it seems like that role belongs to DuJuan Harris, with Starks taking on a more limited role unless something happens to Lacy.
