Welker has cleared the concussion protocol and is a go for all football activities starting Wednesday. He has yet to receive clearance for Sundays game but that is a mere formality. He should be considered a WR3 going forward. Owners should keep in mind his history and have a solid backup plan if needed throughout the season.
