Steven Jackson not listed on Thursday's injury report

After announcing earlier this week that he is ready for week 1 vs. the Saints, RB Steven Jackson's health status was reaffirmed Thursday, as Jackson (hamstring) is not listed on the Atlanta Falcons week 1 injury report. (Atlanta Falcons)
Fantasy Impact:
Though all signs point to Jackson being healthy, it may be wise to exercise caution in starting him week 1 vs. the Saints. New Orleans fielded a top 10 defense vs. RBs in 2013, and Jackson missed the majority of training camp and preseason with a lingering hamstring injury. Factor in his age at 31, and Jackson should be considered an RB3 at best this week.
