Rams pick up former Texans QB Keenum

Fantasy Impact:
Shaun Hill will still be the starter, but once Keenum masters the playbook, he will most likely be the backup. Keenum was a standout star at the University of Houston but went 0-8 last year for the Texans once Matt Schaub was benched. For now, Keenum is best left on the waiver wire, but should Hill stumble or be injured later in the season, Keenum could be a bye week replacement down the road depending on matchup.
