Jaguars WR Cecil Shorts (hamstring) did not have a setback in practice on Wednesday, but he will not practice today (Thursday). (Hays Carlyon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cecil Shorts sat out Week 1 with a hamstring injury and has been plagued by lower-extremity injuries for the past few months. The Jags' will probably see if he can practice in any capacity on Friday, but he should still be considered highly questionable for Sunday when Jacksonville plays Washington. In the meantime, Shorts' fantasy owners need to continue to look elsewhere until he can show some sort of resemblance of health.
