Lacy back at practice, working in full pads

This is encouraging news for fantasy owners as the fact that Lacy was at practice and in full pads assumes that he is ready again for contact and should be cleared to play this weekend against the Jets. Though the matchup looks tough with the Jets sporting a stout rush defense this year, Lacy is an every week starter and owners should remain confident. According to the Acme Packing Company blog, Lacy forced nine missed tackles against Seattle's top-notch defense in week 1.
