Updating a previous item, NFL teams are being told that there is not a deal yet on the new Drug Policy. The NFL and NFLPA are ironing out the differences. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It seemed pretty far-fetched that Denver would have activated Welker so quickly since he has not practiced since August 16th. Welker owners can count on him being active for Week 3. This is a fluid situation and owners should stay tuned for further developments.
