Updating a previous news item, Palmer's 50% chance to play has dropped to 0%, as he tested his shoulder and cannot go, Drew Stanton will get the start. (Ian Rapoport via twitter)

We'll know more about just exactly what Palmer has been dealing with shortly, right now its being referred to as a shoulder injury. Palmer is still worth rostering, as we don't know just how severe this injury is. However, this news lowers the fantasy ceiling of Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd.
