Marshawn Lynch left field with back tightness in Week 2

Lynch left the field in the waning seconds before the final whistle in Week 2 when the game's outcome wasn't in doubt. What we learned today from Pete Carroll was that it wasn't out of frustration, but because he was battling "back tightness" (Bob Condotta on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
In a following tweet, Condotta states that the only game Lynch has missed as a Seahawk was due to a 2011 back injury. While this is most likely nothing, its a situation to monitor. Christine Michael is going to be returning to practice this week, and can be had cheaply as Beast-Mode insurance should this turn into something bigger.
