Rams welcome back Stedman Bailey

After the NFL passed its new drug policy this past week, suspended Rams WR Stedman Bailey was notified that he would be re-instated. This means that Bailey would be eligible to play versus the Cowboys this weekend, marking his season debut. (Nick Wagoner)
Fantasy Impact:
Viewed by most as the purest WR on the team, Bailey should step right into the starting line-up, taking over injured Tavon Austin's slot position. Considering the attention Quick and Britt will garner, he may develop some chemistry with Davis in 3rd down situations. We'll have to wait and see. For now Bailey is a low end WR4 option in standard leagues and with value that is still unknown in PPR formats.
