Helu makes most of his two touches

Redskins RB Roy Helu, Jr. caught a 55 yard screen pass against the Eagles on Sunday, but did little else. Helu only carried one time for a one yard TD.
Fantasy Impact:
Helu is really only valuable as a handcuff to Alfred Morris. His production is simply too inconsistent to rely on when Morris is healthy. However, if you own Morris, you should add Helu to your bench as an insurance policy.
