Alex Smith is off to a rocky start with an 81.5 passer rating through three games. He has also been sacked 11 times so far on the young season. The Patriots are tied for the league lead in team interceptions with six and have only given up 506 yards passing in three games. Alex Smith is not a viable fantasy option this week except for maybe in 2QB leagues as a low-end QB2.
