Foster expected to play against Bills

John McClain on Twitter reports that Arian Foster is expected to play against the Bills today. McClain claims that, if Foster wasn't 100% and expected to get his normal workload, he wouldn't be active. (John McClain on Twitter)

If Foster is active and expected to reclaim his 20+ carry workload, you've got to roll him out there and hope for the best.
