Chris Ivory has a quiet afternoon as Jets fall to Chargers in shutout
by Tom Woods | Sun, Oct 5th 8:02pm EDT
Chris Ivory rushed for 44 yards on nine carries, as the Jets fell to the Chargers 31-0 in San Diego. It is the first time this season that Ivory has not reached the end zone nor amassed at least 80 yards in a single game. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Chris Ivory didn't have a good game on Sunday afternoon, but he wasn't helped out by poor offensive line play. This was the first game this season in which Ivory will have disappointed his fantasy owners. But they should have no qualms about starting him in Week 6, as he should return to form against the Broncos.
