Russell Wilson eviscerates Washington in Week 5

Russell Wilson was the hot knife, the Washington defense was the butter during Week 5. Wilson finished the night 18 for 24 for 201 yards and 2 passing touchdowns. Wilson also did major damage on the ground, rushing 11 times for 122 yards and a touchdown. Wilson did not have a turnover.
Fantasy Impact:
Wilson was a maestro on the read-option, and also seemed to have a directive to scramble, as he set a career high in rushing yard during a night in which his protection was not terrible. Wilson has created some shocking lines with a dearth of passing attempts. As we said during the preseason, if he is ever allowed more offensive responsibility, watch out. If you roster Wilson, trade your current backup QB, he's your QB1 for the rest of the year.
