Fantasy Impact:
A week after becoming the third TE in NFL history with 10,000 yards, Jason Witten caught his 900th pass in the 2nd quarter versus Seattle yesterday. This catch was also the first touchdown of the year for Witten, ending his five game touchdown drought. The Seahawks have been surprisingly ineffective against tight ends this year and Witten preyed on this in catching his first touchdown of the year. Many may look at Witten's red zone catch as a good omen, but the Cowboys continued to work on deeper routes and the running game in their 30-23 win over Seattle. This may cut out Witten and be a cautionary note for fantasy owners.
