Every week DeMarco Murray's workload is questioned; every week he produces

One of the many records that DeMarco Murray is on pace for is breaking Larry Johnson's eight year old rush attempt record. (Fox Sports)

Fantasy Impact:

DeMarco Murray is on pace for 424 carries, and 480 touches, this season but nothing has slowed Murray down this year. Last week against Seattle's outstanding rush defense, Murray was below 4 yards per carry, his average per carry was 5.15 coming into the game, but he still was over 100 yards on the ground and scored a touchdown. More than his rushes, Murray even has 14 receptions over the past two games, showing that he can make a difference in the passing game as well. Joseph Randle ran very well in his opportunities to give Murray a break, but his legal issues may have him in head coach Jason Garrett's dog house this week. Going against a Giants defense that was just gashed by LeSean McCoy last week, DeMarco Murray is again the top option at running back. Quite frankly, looking ahead, the only week where Murray may not be the number one option is Week 9 against Arizona. If you own Murray, keep him out there no matter what; he is having a truly historical season.
