Redskins need to get Alfred Morris on track

Redskins RB Alfred Morris has struggled this season, gaining 86 fewer yards through six weeks than in 2013. In the last three weeks, Morris has not had more than 13 carries in any game. The Redskins have tried to get him the ball more on screens, but he is simply not as well to suited to that role as third-down back Roy Helu, Jr. (Washington Post)
Fantasy Impact:
Coaches are looking at ways to boost his productivity, but don't expect Morris to return to form until the team is more competitive. With the lead, the Redskins are able to run down the clock and grind away with the ground game. Playing from behind, as the team has for most of 2014 limits Morris' attempts. Morris has a somewhat favorable matchup at home against Tennessee in Week 7.
