Seattle coaches still getting a feel for Percy Harvin

When asked about Percy Harvin, Offensive Coordinator Darrell Bevell stated "Well, we know he's got speed and we know he can go down the field with speed, he's got great quickness so we can use him in that. The test always is, is to make sure some of those guys get the ball in their hands." (The Associated Press)
Fantasy Impact:
Bevell was Harvin's coordinator in Minnesota for his first two seasons, so this remark rates pretty high on the coach-speak scale. Harvin currently leads the Seahawks in targets, but they are only coming at a depth of 1.1 yards down-field. 241 of Harvin's 303 career catches have come on throws of 10 yards or less, and 115 of those 241 have come on throws behind the line of scrimmage. Harvin could either make or break you in daily formats, and is a high end WR3/low end WR2 in standard leagues.
