Derek Carr completed just 28-of-49 passes for one touchdown and an interception during a Week 11 loss to the Patriots.
Fantasy Impact:
Derek Carr struggled mightily in a blowout loss to the Patriots in Mexico City. The Patriots continue to be regarded as a great match up for quarterbacks but it is time to put that narrative to rest. The Patriots have played fantastic defense from Week 5 onward. Nonetheless it was very surprising to see Carr struggle to produce fantasy points in a game where he attempted such a high volume of passes. The Raiders offense is talented on paper but they are very inconsistent on a week to week basis. Carr has notoriously struggled against the Broncos so he will not be a recommended fantasy starter in Week 12.
