Terrance Williams sees volume against Eagles, but inefficient

by Mark Leipold | Mon, Nov 20th 5:20pm EST

Terrance Williams saw seven targets, trailing only Dez Bryant, but caught only four of them for 35 yards in the Cowboys' Week 11 loss to the Eagles.

Fantasy Impact:

Dak Prescott was under siege most of the game, so the passing attack struggled as a whole, but it's encouraging to see Williams with the volume he got. Only Cole Beasley (4=four) saw over two targets besides Williams and Dez Bryant, so Williams seems the firm WR2 on the team still. His volatility makes him an unappealing fantasy option, and with bye weeks now over, he is a desperation start at best, and probably not worth owning. The Cowboys host the Chargers, who boast a strong pass defense on Thanksgiving. Williams should be on your bench if not on your waivers.
