C.J. Spiller carted off in tears

After Fred Jackson left the game on a cart with a groin injury, C.J. Spiller was carted off with a left shoulder injury. He was in visible pain and had tears. Update: C.J. Spiller has a broken collarbone and will likely miss the remainder of the season (Bruce Arthur on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Buffalo Bills lost both their starting running backs in what appear to be relatively significant injuries (both carted off the field). This has pushed Anthony (Boobie) Dixon into the lead back role and Bryce Brown may see playing time for the first time this year following today's injuries.
