Percy Harvin to retain kick return role, could return punts

Head Coach Rex Ryan stated that Percy Harvin will return kicks for the Jets going forward. When asked if Harvin could return punts, special teams coordinator Thomas McGaughey did not rule the possibility out, stating that “I don’t have reservations about any of his skill sets. (The New York Times)
Fantasy Impact:
This would enhance Harvin's value in return bonus leagues, but curiously Harvin has not returned a punt yet in the NFL. Harvin is a WR3 with a possibility for advancement in New York, and is a player to keep an eye on as fantasy trade deadlines approach.
