Geno Smith benched in first quarter after three interceptions

In the first quarter of the New York Jets' 43-23 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, quarterback Geno Smith threw three interceptions, which prompted coach Rex Ryan to relegate him to the bench for veteran Michael Vick. Smith threw three picks to Buffalo defenders while only completing two passes to Jets receivers. (National Football Post)
