Jonathan Stewart received 55 of 60 possible snaps Week 8, he was able to turn that into 16 carries and 3 receptions for 94 total yards. (blackandbluereview.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Its one of the more underrated tragedies of our fantasy times that an extremely rare 80 grade athlete like Stewart has not only been relegated to a committee, but riddled by constant injuries. Things are seeming to break Steawrt's way, as the backfield has thinned out, and while DeAngelo Williams could return Thursday, Stewart has earned the lead role in the Carolina backfield. While not the monster he once was, Stewart is only 27 and ran with impressive thump and wiggle against the Seahawks. He's an RB2 if Williams cant go, and a FLEX play if he returns.
