Riley Cooper struggling to find the endzone in 2014

by James Brimacombe | Mon, Nov 3rd 6:34pm EST

After a breakout season in 2013 where Cooper caught 47 passes for 833 yards and 8 touchdowns, Cooper was thought to be in line for a similar type of season especially with DeSean Jackson out of town. Cooper has struggled to find the endzone in 2014 and only has 1 touchdown through 8 games.

Fantasy Impact:

Cooper is on pace to see 100+ targets on the season (52 targets through 8 games) but still only has 31 receptions for 331 yards and a single touchdown. With backup QB Mark Sanchez now under center it will be time for Cooper to turn things around in the second half of the season and get back to a WR3/Flex type of player like we saw in 2013.
