Andrew Quarless starting to fill Jermichael Finley's role?

The Packers have started to move TE Andrew Quarless outside more and more as the year has gone on. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: "Against Seattle, Quarless was used as a receiver 11 times, against the New York Jets nine, against Detroit seven, against Chicago nine and against Minnesota seven. Then came the Miami game. Quarless was used outside or in the slot 27 times..." (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)

Fantasy Impact:

At the start of the year, including the Packers first game against the Chicago Bears, it was rookie TE Richard Rodgers that was seeing most of these opportunities. Now, it appears those chances are trending toward the veteran Quarless. Packers tight end coach Jerry Fontenot said it depends who is in the game at the time a play is called. It appears the Packers are getting more comfortable with the performance of their offensive line, allowing big bodies like Quarless to move outside instead of blocking. The Packers torched the Bears through the air in their Week 4 tilt, and I like the combination of Quarless and Rodgers to help them do it again at home in Week 10.
