Cecil Shorts confident he will play Sunday

Jaguars receiver Cecil Shorts sat out today’s practice with hamstring tightness but anticipates playing Sunday against Dallas. Shorts has been out periodicially with hamstring issues since the start of training camp. The issue has also cost him three regular season games. (Florida Times-Union)
Fantasy Impact:
Although Shorts is confident he will play this looks like a game-time decision. If he can't go, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns would likely start and play most of the snaps for the Jaguars. Marqise Lee returned to practice today, but will likely be limited.
