Aaron Rodgers near perfect in Sunday Night rout of the Bears

by Dakota Mitchell | Jets Correspondent | Mon, Nov 10th 12:14pm EST

Rodgers tossed 6 touchdown passes in the first half, tying an NFL record with Oakland's Daryle Lamonica in 1969 for first half touchdowns. He completed 18 of 27 passes for 315 yards with a near perfect QBR of 99.8 out of 100.

Fantasy Impact:

Aaron Rodgers came out guns blazing, and torched the Bears defense, which he is accustomed to doing. Rodgers threw two touchdown passes to Jordy Nelson, and one each to Brandon Bostick, Andrew Quarless, Eddie Lacy and Randall Cobb. The fact that he was only started in 86% of ESPN leagues is startling. In two games against the Bears this season he has thrown 10 touchdowns and no interceptions. He is a must-start every week, and even more so when playing the Bears. It goes without saying that you are starting him against a Philadelphia defense that is ranked 30th against opposing QBs, especially considering it is in Lambeau.
