Not much action for Martellus Bennett Sunday night

by Dale Redman | Mon, Nov 10th 12:23pm EST

Heading into Sunday night's contest versus Green Bay, Bears TE Martellus Bennett missed practice time and almost did not play against the Packers. While he was active, Bennett did not see much action in an embarrassing lopsided loss. The TE had 2 catches for 45 yards on 6 targets.

Fantasy Impact:

The Bears offense could not get in sync Sunday night as they fell behind early. Bennett had a couple of drops and was the target on QB Jay Cutler's first pick of the game. The TE appeared to hampered by his rib injury, but the score of the game also seemed to affect his effort as well. This makes 4 ho-hum games out of the last 5 for Bennett, who is a low end TE1 for the remainder of the season.
