Arian Foster ruled out of Sunday's game with the Browns

The second leading rusher in the NFL, Foster, will miss his second game of the season with a groin injury. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Foster is a top-3 option every week, but fantasy owners were scrambling anyway to fill the gap for Foster, who was a game-time decision this week. Alfred Blue will get his second start this season against the Browns; after struggling a bit against the Giants, the rookie Blue will face the 28th ranked rush defense of Cleveland. When combined with the first Texans start for Ryan Mallett, Cleveland's defense may be a good play this week; be mindful that even if the Browns have a good game defensively, Blue will get a ton of carries against a weak rushing defense that may yield a 100 yards for the Texans backup. If you can add Blue for the week, do so as a flex player.
