Philip Rivers practices in full

San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers was listed with a chest injury on the Chargers injury report Wednesday but was a full participant in practice. Rivers stated: " There is nothing going on that's hindering me in any way. It's part of playing the position. I'll be fresh and ready to go Sunday." (@Chargers on twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rivers has always been one of the games toughest QB's but it's going to be hard for fantasy owners to trust him this week. It's possible Rivers is playing hurt and he does not have a favorable matchup vs St. Louis who just held the Broncos to 7 points and seems to have their pass rush going again.
