Stafford struggles again in Week 12

Detroit Lions' quarterback Matthew Stafford struggled again in Week 12 against the New England Patriots, going 18 for 46 for 264, no scores and one pick. He also ran the ball 3 times for 18 yards. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Stafford posted a terrible 49.5 quarterback rating against the Patriots, failing to get anything going all afternoon. The Patriots did a good job of taking Stafford's favorite target Calvin Johnson out of the game, limiting him to only 4 receptions for 58 yards despite being targeted 10 times in the game. Not even garbage time could save Stafford's numbers in this one. However, the good news for fantasy owners is that the Lions play Chicago, Tampa Bay, Minnesota and Chicago again to close out the season. Which is clearly much more favorable than the previous two opponents Arizona and New England. Owners can hope Stafford has been saving his best for last.
