Andrew Quarless starting to produce

by Ryan Dorfman | Mon, Nov 24th 5:28pm EST

Andrew Quarless is finally beginning to involve himself more in the Packers' high octane Offense. Quarless caught 2 balls on 3 targets for 50 yards in Sunday's victory over the Minnesota Vikings. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

While two catches for 50 yards is nothing to get too excited about, at the very least it should catch your eye. Had Quarless recorded eight more yards on Sunday, he would have tied the total yardage of Randall Cobb for the day. Whether that is to say that Cobb had a bad game or Quarless had an abnormally productive game is up to debate. Nevertheless, the numbers don't lie. Richard Rodgers was the TE who reached the endzone, but that was all he did. Rodgers literally had one catch for one yard which happened to be a TD. Quarless and the Packers host the Patriots next weekend in what looks to be, in my opinion, a preview of this year's Super Bowl. Quarless has only faced New England once in his career, in 2010. Needless to say, Quarless really did not do much in that game, and shouldn't be expected to put up big numbers this time around either.
