DeMarco Murray continues to amaze

DeMarco Murray was an afterthought against the Giants, yet still ran for 121 yards. He looks to continue on his amazing season against the Eagles on Thursday. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Murray has been the most stable option at running back this season, posting ten 100 yard games in his 11 games this season, but he has been stymed by the Eagles in his two appearances in his career. Murray has had 40 carries with only a 3.27 yards per carry average and a touchdown; he did rush for 74 yards as a backup in 2011 though. Murray has not only ran for more yards this year than ever before, but is also on pace for nearly 100 more receiving yards than he has in his career. The Eagles have the 16th ranked rush defense, allowing 109 rushing yards per game, but are tied for third in least rushing touchdowns allowed with six. The Eagles allow an average of 23.2 fantasy points to running backs, so Murray, Joseph Randle, and Lance Dunbar may be primed for solid games on Thursday.
