Cordarrelle Patterson shutout in win over Panthers

Minnesota wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson was non-existent once again on Sunday as he was held without a catch in the Vikings' 31-13 win over Carolina. Patterson returned one kickoff for 28 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
At this point it appears that reserve wide receiver Charles Johnson has surpassed Patterson on the Vikings' depth chart. Patterson was targeted only once all game and wasn't on the field in two-receiver sets. Patterson hasn't caught more than two passes or exceeded 24 receiving yards in his last four games and isn't a viable fantasy option going forward.
