Mathews' TD saves his day

Ryan Mathews scampered for a 14-yard touchdown run on Sunday against the Ravens. Aside from the fourth quarter score, it was a quiet day for Mathews, as he rushed for just 40 yards on 12 carries.
Fantasy Impact:
The Chargers were playing from behind virtually the entire game, which was the likely result of the lack of carries for Mathews. He is never a big part of the passing game, and Sunday was no exception as he added just one catch for six yards. In this type of a shootout game, Mathews' had limited upside, as he's traditionally most useful when the Chargers are playing from ahead.
