Smith throws for 65 yards in loss

Geno Smith was 7 of 13 for 65 yards and an interception in the Jets' Monday night loss to Miami. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Through 58 minutes Smith only threw 8 passes (completing 4). The game plan was obviously to hide Smith behind an aggressive run game. This will likely be the approach to finish out the season, despite John Idzik's desire to evaluate the young QB. Rex Ryan and Marty Mornhinweg clearly have a different game plan. Geno Smith (and by default his receivers) are not even on the fantasy radar at this point.
