Marshawn Lynch has studly outing in Week 14

by Brian Tesch | Sun, Dec 7th 10:28pm EST

Marshawn Lynch rushed for 86 yards on 23 carries, and caught all five of his targets for 27 yards and a touchdown. It wasn't all sunshine and lolipops for Lynch, as he lost his first fumble of 2014.

Fantasy Impact:

Lynch was left unaccounted for and could've sauntered into the end-zone on his receiving TD, but it was a much needed reprieve from Philadelphia's tenacious run-defense, which ratcheted up the degree of difficulty on his 86 rushing yards. Fletcher Cox had his way with the makeshift Seattle interior line, and blew up multiple plays in the backfield. Lynch was met constantly behind the line, and turned two yard losses into three yard gains throughout his impressive showing. While it most likely wont make highlight shows, Lynch's defining moment was delivering a textbook stiff-arm that leveled the much larger defensive tackle Bennie Logan and led to a 10+ yard gain. His remaining match-ups wont be easy, but Lynch is a cinch for 20+ touches and RB2 at worst numbers the rest of the way.
