James Starks surprises as the Packers lead rusher in Week 14

Starks impressed throughout the night turning 10 carries into a team high 75 yards (2 more than Eddie Lacy) and 1 touchdown. He also caught two balls for 26 yards. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Starks looked decisive and quick against the the Falcons run defense, and helped the Packers shut down a Falcons come back with a very nice 41 yard gain in the 4th quarter. While it's conceivable Starks will continue to see more touches as the Packers try to emphasize the run game to close out the regular season, it will be very hard to predict just how much in any given week. Look to Starks as a capable backup and stash in case something happens to starting RB Eddie Lacy. However, he is not someone you'd feel comfortable starting week to week.
