Fantasy Impact:
Tony Romo has been a top-five quarterback in the league since Week 3, but even the top quarterbacks have a poor outing; unfortunately, Romo's poor outing came against his Week 15 foe, the Eagles. Romo has averaged over 255 yards in his six starts in Philadelphia since 2006 and has been more productive in Philadelphia than in any other city where he has at least five starts. Romo looks to put up big numbers against the 29th ranked fantasy defense against quarterbacks and has an opportunity for big plays on the outside to his wide receivers, as the Eagles rank 30th against opposing wide receivers.
