According to a source, Frank Gore is going to play against the San Diego Chargers tonight. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

This is a pointless game for the 49ers, but maybe they get back to what they're good at and run the ball. With Carlos Hyde out for this game, look for Gore to handle a bulk of the carries. He's a safe FLEX play tonight.
