Robert Griffin III looks very average in Week 16

Redskins QB Robert Griffin III completed 16 of 23 pass attempts for 220 yards and an interception in Washington's 27-24 win over Philadelphia in Week 16. Griffin also added 11 yards on the ground on the day.
Fantasy Impact:
Griffin appeared to play cautiously against the Eagles and for the most part avoided mistakes. It seems clear that even though HC Jay Gruden will return for the 2015 season, Griffin will be given every opportunity to seize firm control of the starting job heading into the offseason. For now, Griffin's ceiling remains high, but he has much work to do to make the most of his potential.
