Kaepernick threw for 204 yards with two touchdowns, and added 63 rushing yards to his totals.
Fantasy Impact:
Kaepernick finishes the 2014 season as a bit of a disappointment. With the new weapons that the 49ers acquired, it was thought that Kap would take a huge step forward and lead this team to the playoffs once again. It will be difficult to rank Kaepernick next year, as he has a high ceiling, but also a very low floor.
