Jay Cutler's future unknown

The Chicago Bears fired head coach Marc Trestman and general manager Phil Emery on December 29. Offensive coordinator Aaron Kromer was let go as well. (ChicagoBears.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Trestman was considered a quarterback guru by some and his effect on Josh McCown in 2013 displayed some of the promise many hoped Trestman would have on Jay Cutler. As we all know, Cutler suffered a turnover plagued 2014 season and was even benched by Trestman for Week 16. It was wondered if the benching was a sign that the Bears were ready to move on from Cutler, despite the large contract they signed him to in the offseason. The answer is unknown now that Trestman and Emery have been fired. The new GM and coach will need to decide Cutler's fate quickly, as the QB is guaranteed more money if still on the roster March 13.
